TRACK LIGHTING
Track lighting is a method of lighting where light fixtures are attached anywhere on a continuous track device which contains electrical conductors. This is as opposed to the routing of electrical wiring to individual light positions. Tracks can be mounted to ceilings or walls, lengthwise down beams, or crosswise across rafters or joists. They can also be hung with rods from especially high places like vaulted ceilings.

RECESSED LIGHTING
A recessed light or downlight is a light fixture that is installed into a hollow opening in a ceiling. When installed it appears to have light shining from a hole in the ceiling, concentrating the light in a downward direction as a broad floodlight or narrow spotlight.
There are two parts to recessed lights, the trim and housing. The trim is the visible portion of the light. It is the insert that is seen when looking up into the fixture, and also includes the thin lining around the edge of the light. The housing is the fixture itself that is installed inside the ceiling and contains the lamp holder.

There are many great advantages of the LED (Light Emitting Diode) over all other lighting systems in use today. LED’s are rated as high as 100,000 hours. This is 100 times greater than an incandescent lamp and close to 10 times greater than the best fluorescent.
This means less maintenance during their lifetime of use and is certainly a big cost saving factor using the LED. The installation of LED lighting systems will save you time, money, energy & space!
The benefits of LED low voltage fixtures are tremendous. This type of illumination is super-energy friendly and will save you money and space. Light-emitting diode devices produce very little heat, so the risk of fire is dramatically reduced. LEDs are beautiful to look at and adds soft brilliant accents to the inside and outside of your home.
